Please share the important census information with friends, family and neighbors. The census is important to all of us. This information is used to determine representation and more.

Have you mailed back your 2010 census form? If you have, thank you! Please remind your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors to mail their forms by this Friday, if possible.
Households should mail their census form BY FRIDAY, APRIL 16, or they will be visited at home by a census taker – several times, if necessary – to be sure every household is counted. Make life easier and save taxpayer dollars – Mail your form back by Friday.
No form? If you have not received a census form in the mail, or think you were left off your household’s census form, you can pick up a Be Counted form to ensure you are counted. Be Counted forms can be picked up at local census Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QACs) and mailed back in the attached postage-paid envelope. To find a QAC in Dearborn, go to https://www.cityofdearborn.org/government/city-services/public-information/press-releases/351-census-questions-assistance

The number of representatives our state gets in congress is based on census numbers too. So everyone in our community is counting on you to get our fair share of funding and political power. It’s only 10 questions, and your answers are kept confidential, so if you haven’t already, fill out your 2010 Census form and mail it back today!
