“A” Day
1) Spring Testing: M-Step & NWEA. Please reference the attached schedule.
Students please be courteous to those testing and walk quietly through the halls.
2) Tues/Thurs Extended Day for 7th grade: You are to be IN the classroom (232)
BY 3:05 or you are marked tardy. You should be attending EVERY Tuesday and
Thursday session so you can make progress to exit the program and not be
in Summer School. Ms. Voelkner
3) Attention all 7th and 8th grade Track student athletes: try-outs will be held on Monday, 4/17
and Wednesday, 4/19 after school from 3:15-5:30 for both boys and girls.

4) The student planners are sold out! Woodworth lanyards and plastic pouches are
still available to purchase in the main office.
5) Students who ride their bicycles to school are asked to park them in the designated
bike rack area behind the school. Please do not lock your bicycle to the fence or the
guard rails. Thank you!
6) Students, please continue to collect Box Tops for Education and bring them to your
A2 teacher. Each classroom should have a collection box for the Box Tops, however
you can drop them off before school to the main office if needed.
7) Door #9 will be open at 7:30am for students to get into the cafeteria. If you are at
school before the 7:50am bell rings, you must either go directly to the cafeteria and
wait where it is warm, or you wait outside. Students are not allowed to wander the halls.
8) The School Store will be open every Tuesday for all students. T-shirts are only $5 in
either grey, black, or yellow. School store items: t-shirts, pencils, erasers, granola bars,
fruit strips, water bottles, rulers, and folders. Student can see Mrs. Stevens in Rm #212
to purchase a t-shirt on days when the store is not open.
