Due to extremely cold temperatures and wind chills, all after school activities for Tuesday, January 29, 2019 are cancelled. This includes all parent meetings, concerts, tutoring, extended day, athletic competitions and practices. Adult and Community Education classes will also be closed this evening (1/29/19).

Seventh graders in Ms. Charara’s class learned all about mindfulness and the power of mediation. They started off the week by reading, reflecting, and writing about the topic. They then had a special yoga specialist come and teach them first hand yoga techniques and mindfulness practices.
