Welcome back to school. We are looking forward to the start of the school year. The first day of school will be Tuesday, September 7th.  This will be a half day. School will dismiss at 11:15. The first full day of school will be Wednesday, September 8th. There will be no school on September 9th…

Any 7th or 8th grade students interested in trying out for Football or Girl’s Basketball must have a physical this summer. Practice will begin with the start of school. More information will follow on the first day of school.

Today was the last day for lockers. All lockers have been cleaned out. Students must not bring bags to school for the next three days.

Ms. Lewy wants to thank all Woodworth vocal musicians.  I enjoyed working with you this spring.  We have laid a nice musical foundation to build on next year.  We will be looking for more dedicated musicians in the fall.  Let’s keep music alive in Dearborn!! The talent show was a HUGE success. The audience was very well behaved. We had a tremendous turnout- over 400 people in attendance! Thus, we raised over $800 for OREO and the National Wildlife Foundation. The talent was, well, talented. Reminders for Eighth Graders There will be an opportunity for an 8th grade dance on Friday, June 4th. Only 8th graders will be allowed. The dance will be in Gym C from 3:00-4:30. Admission is $2.00 and only open to 8th graders. Since this is a school function, dancing must be appropriate for school. Farewell…
