Reminders for Eighth Graders There will be an opportunity for an 8th grade dance on Friday, June 4th. Only 8th graders will be allowed. The dance will be in Gym C from 3:00-4:30. Admission is $2.00 and only open to 8th graders. Since this is a school function, dancing must be appropriate for school. Farewell…

Please remember that the talent show is Wednesday (tomorrow), June 2nd,  after school! Entry is $2.00 at the door. Proceeds will go to support Oreo, our adopted penguin.

Yearbooks are coming! If you ordered a yearbook, you will be receiving your yearbook on Monday, June 7th.

We are closing in on 1500 Boxtops for Education. Please keep sending them in. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Student Council will be presenting Family Night on Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm. Please join us for open basketball, ping pong, games and more. There is no charge, but all students MUST be accompanied by their parent.

Due to the predicted weather, all middle school track meets are cancelled for today. The girls’ track team will meet in room 117. Boys’ track team will be dismissed to home.

Just a quick reminder that we have our last PTA meeting of the year on Thursday, May 13th at 9:00 am.

Spirit week is coming to Woodworth. Spirit Week will be next week (May 17th – 21st). Monday – Mix & Match day Tuesday – Sports Day Wednesday – Favorite TV Character Thursday – Crazy Hair Day Friday – Twin Day.

The PTSA Movie night is coming this Friday. The movie that will be shown is “The Tooth Fairy”. This movie is rated PG and 89 minutes long. Thus, the movie should be done by 4:40.
