8th Grade Students Engage in Science Experiment
Woodworth students are engaging in many hands-on Science experiments and activities this year as the Science Department implements the new NGSS Science Standards.
Great Turnout for PTA / Parent Meeting
We had a wonderful turnout for our first parent meeting! Parents reviewed PBIS expectations, WIDA & NWEA testing, as well as met with Student Resource Officer Mockbil. We hope you join us for our next meeting on October 11th @ 9:00 AM.
Woodworth Power Outage–Tuesday, September 19
This afternoon Woodworth Middle School was without power for approximately 1.5 hours, and restored fully at 2:15 PM. This was due to a local outage in the neighborhood. Staff and students did an outstanding job remaining calm, patient and flexible!
